ABOUT

I’m Gabrie’le Eato, a certified QMHS (Qualified Mental Health Specialist) & Psychometrician as well as the founder of Eleable™ LLC. I specialize in using assessments not just as numbers, but as tools to uncover strengths, guide growth, and create deeper understanding.

I started out as a nursing major, but then ended up switching majors to Psychology.

As someone clinically diagnosed with both Autism and ADHD, I bring lived experience to my work. I understand firsthand what it means to navigate labels — and I stand firmly in the belief that every individual is more than a test score, more than a diagnosis, and more than a label.

My mission extends beyond the clinical field. As a public speaker and advocate, I work to amplify neurodiverse voices, build inclusive spaces, and inspire others to embrace their wholeness. Through my advocacy, I’ve committed to bridging the gap between science, personal experience, and community connection.

Every effort — from my psychometric work to my advocacy and speaking — is rooted in one core truth: everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and understood for who they are in their entirety.
